By creating an account or using SoherOS ("the platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free, Pro, and Team plan subscribers.
SoherOS is a trading journal, analytics, and performance coaching platform. It provides tools for:
SoherOS is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.
All content, analysis, and AI-generated feedback is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Payments are processed via Flutterwave (cards, M-Pesa, bank transfer) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). We do not store payment card information. All payments are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to Pro or Team features continues until the end of your paid period, then reverts to the Free plan.

You own your trade data. We do not claim ownership of the data you enter into SoherOS. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
Team plan subscribers (coaches) may invite traders to their team. Traders who join a team consent to their trade journal data being visible to the team coach. Coaches must not share traders' private data with third parties. SoherOS is not responsible for how coaches use trade data within the platform.
SoherOS, its logo, design, and all platform content are owned by Pip Network. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. The TradingView charts are provided under TradingView's terms of service.
SoherOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoherOS and Pip Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of SoherOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Kenya.
