1. Who We Are

SoherOS ("we", "us", "our") is a trading analytics platform operated by Pip Network. Our platform is accessible at soheros.app. We help traders journal trades, analyse performance, and discover their trading edge.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, password
• Trade data: assets, entry/exit prices, risk, profit/loss, notes, screenshots
• Account settings: balance, risk limits, trading preferences
• Payment information: processed securely by Flutterwave and NOWPayments — we do not store card numbers

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the SoherOS platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you account notifications, weekly performance digests, and risk alerts (you can opt out)
• Analyse platform usage to improve features
• Respond to customer support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. AI Features and Your Data

When you use AI features (AI Trade Coach, AI Mistake Detector, AI Chart Analysis), your trade data and chart images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API. We do not store your chart images permanently — they are processed and discarded.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic — AI analysis features (Pro plan only)
• Flutterwave — card and mobile money payments
• NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments
• Resend — transactional email delivery

If you join a Team plan, your coach can view your trade journal data. You consent to this by joining the team.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all your trade data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in encrypted form.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security on all database tables, and secure authentication via Supabase. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Children's Privacy

SoherOS is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of SoherOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
